The LactoSupply platform is a digital system designed for supply chain management and quality control in the dairy processing industry. Services include modules for raw material traceability, inventory analysis, cold transport route optimization, and temperature monitoring in cold storage warehouses.
"User" means any authorized legal entity or individual who accesses the platform based on a registered account. "Content" represents the data, information, and documents uploaded or generated by the user within the platform.
The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete information upon registration and to update any changes to contact data. The account is personal and non-transferable; the user is responsible for all actions performed under their account.
It is forbidden to use the platform for illegal, fraudulent activities or activities that violate the rights of third parties. The user may not reproduce, modify, or distribute the platform software without the written consent of the provider.
LactoSupply makes reasonable efforts to ensure the continuous operation of the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance interruptions will be announced at least 48 hours in advance.
The provider is not liable for indirect losses, moral damages, or business interruptions caused by the use of the platform. The total liability of the provider for any claim is limited to the value of the subscription paid in the last 12 months.
Data uploaded by the user is stored securely, but the provider is not responsible for data loss caused by force majeure or unauthorized actions of third parties.
All intellectual property rights over the platform, including software, interface, logo, and documentation, belong to LactoSupply. The user receives a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose.
The user's confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required by law or to technical partners strictly necessary for providing the services (e.g., hosting providers).
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website. The user has the right to access, rectify, and delete data, as well as the right to object to processing.
The platform is provided "as is," without express or implied warranties regarding error-free operation or compatibility with all systems. LactoSupply does not guarantee that the results obtained through the use of the platform will meet the user's expectations.
Under no circumstances shall the provider be liable for direct or indirect damages exceeding the value of the paid subscription. This limitation applies even if the user has been informed of the possibility of such damages.
The contract begins on the date of account registration and has an indefinite duration, with the possibility of termination by either party with 30 days' notice. In the event of a serious breach of terms, the provider may suspend or terminate access immediately, without notice.
After termination, the user may export their data within 30 days. After this period, the data will be permanently deleted, except for that required to comply with legal obligations.
LactoSupply reserves the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
