"Full traceability" means the digital recording of each batch of raw material from the collection point to delivery to the B2B client, including temperature parameters, humidity, and dwell times. The system does not cover the traceability of secondary packaging or auxiliary materials.

A temperature deviation is recorded when the sensor reports a value outside the user-configured range for more than 5 consecutive minutes. The default thresholds are 0°C–4°C for storage and 0°C–6°C for transport, but can be adjusted according to the specifications of each dairy product.

LactoSupply ensures the correct operation of the sensors at the time of installation and provides technical support for troubleshooting. Any malfunction caused by non-compliant environmental conditions (humidity above 95%, mechanical vibrations, power surges) or unauthorized interventions on the equipment is not covered by the warranty. Sensor replacement is carried out within 48 hours of confirming the malfunction.

The cost reduction is calculated by comparing the fuel consumption and delivery times recorded in the first 3 months of using the module against the average for the same period in the previous year. Indicators include cost per kilometer driven, number of unscheduled stops, and the percentage of deliveries made within the agreed time window. Results may vary depending on fleet configuration and route specifics.

If laboratory analyses confirm that the product meets food safety parameters, the batch can be reintroduced into the distribution circuit only with the explicit approval of the quality manager and after updating the status in the platform. The system retains a complete history of the event, including the laboratory report and the reintroduction decision.

Traceability data is retained for a period of 5 years from the date of recording, in accordance with HACCP requirements and European food safety legislation. Early deletion can only be requested by the main account administrator, provided the data is not subject to an ongoing audit or investigation. Requests are processed within 30 working days.
